We introduce a model of register automata over infinite trees with extrema constraints. Such an automaton can store elements linearly ordered domain in its registers, and compare those values to the suprema infima subtrees. show that emptiness problem for these is decidable. As application, we prove decidability countable satisfiability two-variable logic presence tree order, linear arbitrary atoms are MSO definable from order. consequence, predicates, two them interpreted by orders,
